The subsidised English courses through FUNDAE are designed to promote vocational training for employment in Spain. Companies can use the credits accrued from social security contributions to cover up to 100% of the cost of the course, making the course without any additional cost.

The management and documentation necessary to access subsidised training through Fundae includes several steps and detailed requirements. Here I explain the main aspects that companies must take into account:
Identification of available credit: The company must check how much credit it has available for training, which depends on the previous year's social security contributions.
