1. Meeting to discover your needs
Every journey begins with a conversation. We start by listening to your goals, challenges, and preferences. This initial meeting helps us understand your needs, schedule, learning style, and objectives, so we can tailor a plan that’s perfectly aligned with your ambitions.
2. Free level tests
Before diving in, we assess your current skills with a comprehensive, free level test in English, French, or Spanish. This allows us to pinpoint your strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring you’re placed at the right level and ready to progress from day one.
3. Course creation and content selection
Based on your goals and level, we design a personalized course plan just for you. From selecting relevant topics to choosing engaging materials, we curate content that matches your interests and keeps you motivated. Whether you need business language, conversational fluency, or exam preparation, your course is built for success.
4. Beginning of the course
It’s time to start learning! With your customized plan in place, you’ll dive into interactive lessons, either in small groups (max. 4 learners) or private sessions. Your teacher will guide you through real-life conversations, practical exercises, and feedback, making every session engaging and impactful.
5. Regular check- ins
Each month, we’ll meet with HR to review participation, engagement, and progress, ensuring the program stays aligned with your talent development goals. These check-ins allow us to fine-tune content, address challenges, and keep learners motivated and on track.
Every trimester, learners will receive a comprehensive Student Evaluation Report, detailing individual advancements and recommendations for continued growth. This structured feedback loop ensures clear visibility on ROI while reinforcing our commitment to your success.
Teachify didn’t start with a big funding round or a fancy office. It started with a bike. After more than 10 years working in the language sector, I kept seeing the same problem: professional learners didn’t need more classes they needed better ones. More personalised, more communicative, and actually adapted to how busy professionals learn.
So I built the first version of Teachify myself.
CEOs could book an individual class online, choose the day, the time… and the teacher. That teacher was me.
I’d cycle to their offices and teach fully personalised language sessions, designed around their goals, their industry, and their real conversations. No generic textbooks. No wasted time. It was basically the Uber of language teaching, before that was a thing. The results spoke for themselves.
Those CEOs progressed fast, felt confident, and soon started asking a new question:
“Can you do this for our teams?” So we did. We applied the same methodology to group classes, keeping what mattered most: hyper-personalised content, real communication, and an experience people actually enjoyed. As our clients grew and opened offices in other cities, Teachify grew with them.
To meet that growing demand, we naturally moved our classes online, not to lose quality, but to gain flexibility. This allowed us to offer a wider variety of schedules and teachers, and to bring together teams from different cities within the same company. Language learning became more than training; it became a way to connect people, collaborate, and build stronger teams.
