General Conditions of Use and Contracting

These general conditions of use and legal information (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) govern the use of and access to the website www.teachifyapp.com and the corresponding application or digital platform through which the website and Teachify’s services are made available to users (hereinafter, the “User” or “Users”) (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Platform”).
In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services

Purpose
Teachify Your Life S.L. (hereinafter, “Teachify”) is a digital platform for language learning and professional communication. Through the Teachifyapp Platform, contact is facilitated between individuals who wish to learn or improve a language and native or qualified teachers who offer teaching services.
Teachers associated with Teachify are independent professionals collaborating under service agreements. When a teacher accepts a class booking, they undertake to provide the teaching service in accordance with the terms agreed with the user through the Platform.
Throughout these General Conditions, “Users” shall refer to both Clients (students) and Teachers (instructors).
Terms of Use
Access and Registration for Clients
To access the Platform services, the User must:
● Truthfully complete the mandatory fields in the registration form, including personal data such as name, email address, telephone number, and payment details.
● Expressly accept these General Conditions of Use.
● Accept the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
Access to the Platform implies full knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions.
User Requirements
The User guarantees that all identity and eligibility information provided to Teachify is truthful, accurate, and complete, and undertakes to keep it updated.
If Teachify detects false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, it may deny access to or use of the Platform, either temporarily or permanently.
Teachify cannot guarantee the identity of registered Users and shall not be liable for misuse of accounts by unauthorized third parties. The User must immediately report any loss, theft, or misuse of their credentials to [email protected].
User Profile
Once registration is complete, the User may access their personal profile to update or modify their data, manage their classes, and review their history of contracted services.
Operation of the Services
The User may book classes or language services through the Platform subject to teacher availability.
If a service is unavailable, Teachify will inform the Client and offer alternatives. If the Client does not accept any of them, the cancellation policy described in these General Conditions will apply.
Fees and Billing
Registration on the Platform is free of charge. The Client will only pay the price of each requested class or service.
Teachify reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Changes shall take immediate effect upon publication on the Platform.
By registering and providing banking information, the User expressly authorizes Teachify to charge the corresponding amounts for the requested services.
Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration.
Price and Validity of the Offer
All prices indicated on the Platform include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in euros (€).
The prices applicable to each service will be those published on the Platform at the time of booking. If an invoice is required, the User must add their tax details before making the reservation.
For any information regarding a booked class or service, the User may contact customer service at [email protected], indicating the booking reference number in the subject line.
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations
Given that the services offered by Teachify are educational and personalized in nature, the User accepts that once a teacher has accepted the booking, the execution of the service shall be considered to have begun. Therefore, there will be no right of free withdrawal once the service has commenced.
Teachify provides official complaint forms in Spanish and English for consumers. These may be requested by writing to [email protected], indicating the Autonomous Community from which the request is made.
Payment Methods
Payment may be made by credit or debit card or through other enabled payment gateways (such as PayPal or Stripe). These payment methods do not entail any additional cost for the Client.
Geolocation
Teachify may collect, use, and share precise geolocation data, always with the User’s express authorization, in order to provide personalized services or display relevant information based on location.
The User may disable this option on their device or browser at any time.
User Obligations
The User undertakes to:
● Use the Platform responsibly, in accordance with the law, good faith, and these Conditions.
● Not alter, copy, or manipulate the Platform’s content.
● Not infringe intellectual or industrial property rights.
● Not distribute offensive, illegal, or defamatory content.
● Not introduce viruses or harmful software.
● Not send unsolicited commercial communications.
Teachify may suspend or delete the accounts of Users who violate these rules without prior
notice.
User Deregistration
The User may request account deletion at any time by sending an email to [email protected].
Teachify’s Liability
Teachify shall not be liable for service interruptions, technical errors, connection failures, or issues beyond its control.
Likewise, Teachify is not responsible for content published by Users on the Platform, as Users are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality.
Teachify may limit, suspend, or cancel access for certain Users if improper use or unlawful activities are detected.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
Teachify owns or holds licenses for all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Platform, including texts, images, logos, design, structure, and content.
Access to the Platform does not imply any transfer of rights. Reproduction, distribution, or public communication without Teachify’s express written authorization is prohibited.
Update and Modification of the Conditions
Teachify reserves the right to modify these General Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy at any time without prior notice.
Modifications shall enter into force from the moment they are published on the Platform.
Severability
If any clause of these General Conditions is declared null or unenforceable, this shall not affect the remainder of the document, which shall remain fully valid and enforceable
